Each commenced week is charged. Our apartments are not available for daily rental.
All apartments are non-smoking. Monthly rates shown below are base rates for occupancy by one person and include VAT.

Included in the rent

- Waste disposal
The German broadcasting contribution (Rundfunkbeitrag) is included for up to six months provided the apartment is not registered as your official residence. After six months, or from the date the apartment is officially registered as a residence, the broadcasting contribution is payable by the tenant.

Final cleaning
- Apartments up to 30 m², one person: €120.00
- Apartments over 30 m², one person: €160.00
- Apartments over 30 m², two persons: €200.00
- Additional cleaning in case of excessive soiling: €280.00
Apartment equipment
Depending on the apartment, accommodation includes a separate bedroom or combined living/sleeping area, private bathroom and a kitchen or kitchenette. Kitchen facilities generally include a hob, microwave or oven, refrigerator and basic kitchen equipment.
You receive a fully furnished apartment. Any damage, loss or additional costs resulting from damage to the apartment or its equipment are the responsibility of the tenant.
